Returns & Exchanges
At Postmark Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Postmark Online account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
